Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
By creating an account or using Post Openly, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You must provide a valid, verified email address, keep your sign-in details secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account.
A new account receives one 3-day free trial when its first business is created. The trial does not require a card and includes up to 3 saved posts and 50 MB of picture storage.
Your content
You keep ownership of the names, logos, pictures, captions, links, and other content you add. You give Post Openly permission to store, display, resize, brand, watermark, and prepare that content only as needed to provide the service.
You confirm that you have the right to use and share everything you upload. You are responsible for reviewing your content before posting it publicly.
Acceptable use
You may not use Post Openly for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content; attempt to access another business’s information; interfere with the service; or use it to send spam.
We may pause or close an account that violates these rules or creates a security risk.
Service and sharing limitations
Post Openly organizes content and helps prepare it for manual sharing. It does not promise publication, reach, engagement, or continued availability of any third-party social platform.
The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Post Openly and EaryDigital are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending your account
You may cancel your paid membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. See the Billing, Cancellation & Refunds page for details.
