Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Post Openly collects, how it is used, which services receive it, and how you can request deletion.
What we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and securely managed sign-in information.
Business information. We store the business names, logos, websites, phone numbers, brand colors, and calls to action you choose to add.
Your content. We store post titles, captions, links, categories, tags, statuses, uploaded pictures, branded copies, and the activity you choose to record.
Usage and billing information. We keep basic service activity, storage usage, plan status, and billing references needed to operate your account. Stripe processes card details; Post Openly does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to run your content library, create branded pictures, provide secure downloads and sharing tools, enforce account limits, process membership billing, and provide support.
We do not sell your information or use your business content for advertising.
Which services receive it
Lovable Cloud hosts the authentication, database, and private file storage that power Post Openly. Stripe processes membership payments and manages billing.
When you use your device’s copy, download, or share controls, the destination you choose handles that content under its own terms and privacy policy. Post Openly does not directly connect to Facebook or Instagram at this time.
Data protection and retention
Business content is separated by workspace. Pictures are stored privately and delivered through short-lived links selected according to your account access.
Your information is kept while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal records.
Deletion and questions
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email bill@earydigital.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm the request and remove eligible data, except where records must be retained for legal or billing reasons.
If this policy materially changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
